The St. Stephen's Board of Trustees adopts the Principles of Good Practice Board of Trustees and Principles of Good Practice Independent School Trustees written by the National Association of Independent School (NAIS). The Reverend Wilifred Allen-Faiella ("Pastor Willie") has been an ordained Episcopal priest since 1987. Prior to coming to St. Stephen's she served as assistant to the rector of Immanuel Church-on-the-Hill in Alexandria, VA and as rector of Trinity Church, Gulph Mills in King of Prussia, PA. She has been the rector (senior pastor) of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church and School since 2001. In her prior work life, she was the director of performing arts at an American army base in Livorno, Italy. She received a BA in history from Bryn Mawr College, an M.A. in theatre arts from Schiller College in West Berlin, and an M.Div from Virginia Theological Seminary. Pastor Willie has been married to Chris Faiella since 1980; they have two children: Kit, an educational analyst with the Office of the D.C. State Department of Education, and Sophia (SSEDS Class of '05) who is an administrative assistant with Summit Rock Advisors in NYC while taking improv and sketch writing classes at night.

Mr. Boord has been a member of the SSEDS community for over 12 years. He is the CEO of the Blue Tower Ventures Family Office and the Managing Partner of Season Communities. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Yale University. His four children have attended SSEDS.

As the CEO of Miami-based development firm Terra, David Martin has cultivated a portfolio of more than 5 million square feet of residential and commercial real estate valued in excess of $10 billion. The firm is active across all major real estate asset classes, including multifamily apartments, luxury condominium and single-family residences, retail and office space, hotels, and industrial properties. Mr. Martin oversees several facets of Terra’s business, including real estate development, design, construction, financing, marketing, sales, and leasing.
Under Mr. Martin’s leadership, Terra has achieved international acclaim for its commitment to design excellence, resiliency measures, and sustainable development. Since launching the firm in 2001, Mr. Martin has excelled at assembling multidisciplinary teams of architects, designers, planners, engineers and builders to bring projects to life. Recent examples include Rem Koolhaas/OMA, Renzo Piano, Bjarke Ingels, Daniel Buren, Ruben and Isabel Toledo, Meyer Davis Studio, William Sofield, West 8, Chef Michael Schwartz, and more.
A Miami native, Mr. Martin has taken a proactive role in ensuring his hometown is built to last. Terra integrates green space, resilient construction methods, transit connectivity, and renewable energy into its developments wherever possible. Additionally, Mr. Martin is involved in several boards and organizations, including serving as a member of Miami-Dade County’s Biscayne Bay Task Force, an Advisory Board member for the University of Miami’s Masters in Real Estate Development + Urbanism (MRED+U) program, and as Chair of the Neighborhoods Committee for The Underline, a 10-mile linear park now under construction in Miami.
This commitment to community is underscored by Terra’s role in charitable, civic, arts and cultural organizations, including the Miami Children's Health Foundation benefitting Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Vizcaya Museums and Gardens, and the WolfsonianFIU.
Mr. Martin is an alumnus of the University of Florida, where he earned his master’s in business administration and his Juris Doctorate, as well as his undergraduate degree. He resides in Miami Beach with his wife and two children.

Allison McNeill serves as the Junior Warden to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church and in that position assumes a seat on the Board of Trustees for St. Stephen's Episcopal Day School. The McNeill family have been members of the church since moving to Coconut Grove in 2015. Mrs. McNeill is a full-time attorney in the Miami area specializing in first-party property litigation and medical malpractice defense. Her son, Tristan, is currently in Junior Kindergarten at SSEDS. Mrs. McNeill considers it an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to serve this amazing community.

Rafael Urquidi is a wealth management executive at Wells Fargo Advisors. He advises private and institutional clients on investments and intergenerational wealth planning. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Rafael held positions at UBS, Credit Suisse and Barclays. Rafael is an active real estate and venture capital investor. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with majors in Economics and Finance as well as a minor in French. Currently he also serves on the board of ICU Baby.
Rafael has served SSEDS over the years fundraising over $1.1 million for the Annual Fund in three yearly drives. He has also been a member of the Endowment Investment Committee since 2017.
Rafael and his wife Bricen have three children at SSEDS Ila ('20) Joah ('23) and Van ('27).
